The easiest way is to get a tourist visa: you'll need a tourist invitation (consists of Voucher and Confirmation). Usually the hotel may issue such an invitation (it may cost 15-20 eur). When you book a hotel, tell them you need a visa support or visa invitation (they send it like scanned copy or pdf-document).
